HOW DOES THE MANAGED FREIGHT PROGRAM WORK?

IEWC’s scale allows us to provide favorable shipping options to our customers. Our Managed Freight Program means that freight costs are prepaid by IEWC. We then break the freight cost out as a separate line item from the material on the invoice. It’s as simple as that.

Save money It can save you money. All shipments are optimized to determine the best carrier and cost for each shipment using our network-wide volume and
contracted rates.
IEWC handles shipping claims

It eliminates your shipping liability. IEWC is responsible to ensure that all orders are delivered and in good condition.  We choose our carriers based
on their ability to successfully deliver our products to our customers consistently, but if there’s an issue with your shipment, IEWC will provide
replacement material and/or a credit or refund.  Any carrier communication or freight claim is handled internally by IEWC.

Improve ship times

It can improve your shipping times.  IEWC carriers have preferred pick-up times and are into our locations daily, which ensures that all shipments go
out as quickly as possible.
